Abby was OUTSTANDING!! We had no plans to buy a house, but drove by a house Abby had listed and knew we wanted that house. I called Abby from the driveway asking to see the house. I wanted to see it NOW because I knew it wouldn’t be on the market for long and my wife was willing to look at it. This was after hours, so Abby was busy running her kids to activities, but made arrangements to meet us. After looking at the house for about 35 minutes, we stood in the kitchen and made an offer. A Home Inspection is an inspection of the home conducted by a certified Home Inspector. The Home Inspector completes a thorough examination of the home from the roof down to the foundation and the exterior of the house. They check to see if there are any major or minor problems. The inspector will point out any visible structural or system deficiencies. The inspector will give a full written report to the purchaser once the inspection and report is complete.
